How to Order Our Customized Services

Because the work we do for you is customized, the first thing we like to do is meet. Our goal is to help make the ordering process as simple and stress free for you as possible. To schedule an appointment with us simply call 320-275-2756. We can also take orders over the phone or by e-mail.

During this meeting we will discuss your project exploring the options available to you. We can print on anything and will help you determine the best process (Embroidery, Screen Printing, Appliqué, Transfer or Dye Sublimation) to use for your project.

We have samples in the shop along with color cards to help you visualize how your project will look when completed. With a project such as customized shirts we will help you make sense out of the various options like styling, sizes and colors.

We have 20,000 stock designs available for your use, or we can use artwork that you bring in.

After we have finished defining your project we are able to determine the cost of your project.  

Customer Supplied Products

We have suppliers that provide products for us to use when completing your order, however, you may bring in your own products to have us print on them if you like.

We prefer to order products from our own suppliers. The prices are competitive and the products are of good quality.

We ask that any products supplied for your project by you be new and clean.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is a problem with a product supplied by us, we will make every effort to correct the situation. We will replace, at our option, products that are defective in some way. We will not replace products that have been damaged as a result of use or accidental abuse after the project has been delivered.

We are not responsible for products brought in by you, the customer. We will take great care to decorate them in a responsible and safe way. If a customer supplied product is damaged as a result of a machine malfunction, in store credits will be offered.
